Need a freelancer for development of Professional Community/Forum Web site

We are looking for a highly experienced vendor to design and develop an informative website targeting business community.
Services required:
1. Graphics design from scratch - including concept, logo, website ui, FB, Linkedin and twitter pages design
2. Website development using one of the common CMS (preferably WordPress). There are 2 phases:
a. Phase 1 - simple informative website - home page, about us, vision and goals, sign in/up + registration form, contact us, FB messenger integration, basic SEO
b. Phase 2 - on demand changes
