Need a freelancer for Power BI project

We are an early-stage startup company that extracts the emotional reaction of the market to a visual stimulus. We create our client's reports with Power BI.
Recently we have changed the DB structure (CSV).

The following changes are needed:
1. Create a dashboard with the new DB structure (similar to the example here): https://affectivemarkets.com/Clientsreport/lysolreport.html
2. Improving the UI of the dashboard.
3. Add automatic insights as described in the ppt attached
