Need a freelancer for some problems in page formatting/layout

I have three problems in introducing a new page to my website. The content and page is already setup, but the layout is not perfect, which makes it look weird.

The first issue is indenting a navigation label for a menu sub-item. Since my customized WP site only included one level of indents when it was created, I improvised by indenting with spaces. I have several sub-pages indented this way, meaning the label starts with 2 spaces. When I added the new page to the menu, when I save the label, it removes the spaces (i.e., the indent). What is odd is that the spaces are shown in all the other pages that were created a long time ago. This may be due to a newer version of WP installed since I last edited. I haven't added new content in over a year.

The second issue is the title area of the content section of the new page. It doesn't show the title I've entered. This has to do with the customization of the site, but the page was cloned from an existing page with the desired layout.

The third problem is the sidebar. I have set the correct sidebar for the new page, but it is displaying it with my news sidebar. I can't get the news bar removed because their is no widget logic entry for the news bar.

Right now the new page is private.
