Experienced device driver developer to develop a Keyboard Filter Driver

Developing a Keyboard Filter Driver which will allow us to send it keys from an Application written in c++ .

The Filter Driver will proceed to create the actual keystrokes and input them into the active window. We require this functionality as we do not want to use the WINAPI32 SendInput or keybd_event Functions.

Besides the actual keystrokes to generate, the Filter Driver should also accept input parameters determining the speed and time delay between the keystrokes.

Code for a our working Mouse Filter Driver can be made available if required.
The Operating System is Windows XP , Vista and Windows 7.
