Looking for an experienced freelancer for developing innovative websites on Drupal

I am a marketing consultant working with Israeli companies who want to expand their operations abroad. My clients come from many sectors including hi-tech, healthcare, security and tourism since they all have similar problems of how to formulate their marketing strategy and message and how to present themselves.

I offer my clients the chance of growth and success in international markets and one of the main tools for their success is a great website. I have a graphic designer who works in print and digital media and designs web site which are user friendly and eye-catching but are not traditional horizontal menus with 2 columns. We recognise that the more intricate the design is, the more it costs to develop in Drupal and that there always needs to be a trade-off between function, design and budget. My customers are generally small/medium businesses who have a limited budget however we try and offer them the most we can since we recognise that a successful website translates into more business for my client and then more business for us.

I am looking for an experienced Drupal developer who can take on new projects and also help support existing ones. We need you to be part of our virtual team yet able to work intensively and efficiently to meet deadlines. We need you to be able to think creatively, to suggest improvements in functionality and design, and to be Rosh Gadol! We pay by project, not by hour and once a fee is agreed, we expect you to be flexible in what you put into the project.
