Need a freelancer for building my brand's wesite -one product - many uses

I need someone to build a website that will explain and convert visitors to paying customers or leads.
I have 1 product and i have a stand alone payment page.
I prefer wordpress because i can continue manage it alone but I would like your recommendation.

I need a place to put articles i will upload from time to time and very important for me that they will be easy to rank on google.

The site will be in a multi-language, starting from english version.
