Need a freelancer to write ms-word macros

I need a macro for ms-word that will highlight the a word each time I move the arrows right or left. once the arrow key is pressed the next word is highlighted and the previous word goes back to it's previous style/state.
within the same or another macro I want the same functionality but for an entire line when using up or down arrow.
The goal is to read a document from the screen while capturing the screen and recording the reading to a video. The user later can watch the video and follow the reading.
The documents would be sacred Hebrew/Aramaic text (Torah, Bible, Zohar).
