Need a full stack developer to take an MVP to production

We are building a social network for communities which claim descent from the Lost Tribes of Israel and conversos. The functionality includes user registration, community and user management (CRUD) both for users and administrators, community sharing and multi-community membership, and community libraries, where community members can upload and access image, text and video documentation.

We have a minimum viable product which has bugs and UX issues, and would like to find a medium-to-long term partner to improve it so that it is production-ready.

At least 20 hours a week would be required. We need someone with deep full stack knowledge, who is intimately familiar with industry best practices, including test and deployment automation.
