Flash banner conversion

My website has a flash banner which is an animation including audio. The flash also includes the main navigation tabs. I understand that this is not good for Google SEO ranking. I don't want to get rid of my banner or change it. I only want to convert it to an identical banner in a format that is SEO friendly. I was told that because of the audio, it can't be GIF. Is HTML5 possible? The same header layout is used on all content pages, but because of the flash problem, the other pages have a static image with a simple nav. panel. If it is possible to convert my banner, I would like the animated banner with the sound on all pages. Attached is the flash banner.
