I have a task, that should be done by an expert that knows how to work with both CRM systems and Google's API. if you have these skills, please continue reading.
I'm a Google Adwords advertiser, and I need to import "offline conversions" to Google Adwords's system. the reason I need to do it is to update the system with information about sales that happened in the offline world.

the task is built through 3 stages :
Stage One:
I need to send the leads (user's details) that I generate from Adwords to a CRM system. let's call it CRM-1. CRM-1 needs to receive 7 values at first: Name of the user, date of lead entry, visa status, foreign citizenship status, phone number, email address, and "Google Click ID" also knows as GCLID.
Stage Two:
the leads I generate is also being sent to my client's CRM. let's call it CRM-2. my client add's an additional and important field-
"Lead Status". I need that field to be added to CRM-1.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to my customer's data base, but I can export, at any moment, an .XLS file containing all 8 fields (the 7 already in CRM-1 + "Lead Status"). That way, I could export the .xls file from CRM-2, then Import it to CRM-1. but in order to match the 'Lead Status' value from CRM-2 to its compatible lead inside CRM-1, I need to use an indicator. luckily, there is another value in every row at CRM-2 named "unique ID number". what I need to do is to pull this value, with a code I have, and that will do the work.
Stage Three:
After CRM-1 contains all 8 fields, I need to automatically upload the content back to Adwords via the Google Adwords's API. This is done by following Google's instructions :
A. Set up offline conversion tracking: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7012522
(Notice: you will only need to begin from Step 2: Enable your website and lead tracking system. step 1 has already been done).
B. Import conversions from ad clicks into AdWords:

(Notice: As you see in the instructions, except for the CRM fields, you will need to add the values- 'reference parameter', 'time zone' and 'conversion value'.
This is what needs to be added:
Reference parameter - Time decay
Time Zone- Asia / Jerusalem, Format: 14/05/2017 05:14
Conversion value-150 )
that's all. so my questions to you are:
1) think you can do it?
2) if so, how long do you estimate for it to be done?
3) how much will it cost?
