PhoneGap - Android, iOS, Windows and Mac: Shoutcast streaming app.

I'm looking for someone to develop a phonegap based shoutcast streaming apps for iOS, Android, Windows PC and MacOS.
This includes, parsing custom json/xml remote document and connecting with the Last.fm api to get album art based on the currently playing track.
Also includes a VU meters and wave spectrum.
We already have apps powered by Adobe Flex, however it is a mess to produce them so we're looking for a hybrid apps.
We also have the designs.
