Global IT Director

As our Global IT Director you will lead all IT Support and IS activities and day to day operations (global and local) for company International IT and IS teams.
This includes management of existing technologies, projects and activities. As well as leadership and initiation of deployment of newly needed systems and platforms with emphasize on advanced Cloud information systems.

You will set personal example as hands-on leader when needed, being direct POC for high level management in all IT and IS related issues.
What will you be dealing with:
• Create, update and execute annual Global IT and IS plans.
• Create and maintain annual IT and IS budget, seizing upon cost cutting opportunities
• Provide professional and personal leadership for the global team of 10 including performance management and personal development.
• Direct and mange IT plans, schedules, policies and programs for an organization’s data processing, network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems, according to established goals and objectives.
• Set professional KPI’s and SLA’s and ensure that infrastructure and other IS services are meeting the required
• Set, lead and maintain Company’s IT and IS priorities aligned with company’s direction, keeping us as a leader in IoT domain.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education in MIS\Software Engineering.
• 8-10 years in IT and IS leadership positions, with proven background in budget creation and management, setting and maintaining KPI’s and SLA’s and building annual plans.
• Recent experience in a global environment, including leading global teams.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in the areas of IT and IS advanced support.
• Experience in working against established SLAs and monitoring them.
• Non compromising hands on approach.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a complex multi stakeholder environment.
• Excellent English skills both oral and written.
• Strong management and leadership skills, including team building and performance management
