R&D Scrum Master

Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release
Supports Product owners team in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog
Work with the Scrum team and with non-agile teams to align deliverables
Diligently prepare and collate project progress/status, issues & risks
3+ years of project management officer in an Agile Scrum environment working directly with development teams.
High level understanding of development technology/ methodologies
BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
Certified Scrum Master is preferred
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a plus
Demonstrate leadership
Experience in assisting product owners with sizing and product/sprint backlog maintenance techniques
Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
