My name is Sara Efrati. I live in Jerusalem, originally from Argentina.
I am a certified English/Spanish Literary Technical and Scientific translator with 30 years of experience.
I am an experienced and competent translator/editor/proofreader both in English and Spanish.
For almost ten years, I have been the editor of one of the leading Jewish international websites and I am in charge of the leading Facebook Jewish page in Spanish with almost 700 000 followers all over the world.
I have keen attention to detail - I am that person who invariably finds “the mistakes” that everyone else overlooked, whether in published books, subtitles, newspapers, magazines, web articles, etc, including text that had already been proofed. In fact, I have been editing and proofreading both in English and in Spanish for many years. I translate Hebrew>Spanish, English>Spanish, Hebrew>English and sporadically French>Spanish and French>English too.
I am also an expert at subtitle translation both in English and in Spanish.
Having lived here in Israel for 27 years now, I am perfectly fluent in Hebrew, and I also speak/read French, some Yiddish and a little Swedish.
I have satisfactorily passed a quality reviewer test for one of the main translation companies in the USA.
