WordPress Theme to a regular/standalone Bootstrap (client side only functional) Website

I'm looking for someone to convert the following Wordpress theme:
http://themeforest.net/item/bitz-news-publishing-theme/13542402
to a fully functional bootstrap non-wordpress theme. (client side only)
including all of its features (and there are a lot of features). including RTL support and responsive layouts, including everything.
this is not just a "save webpage as" job. NO backend programming required.
I will provide the theme file.
