Developer for Flash Editor

Vibrant new start-up team, with successful track record of developing and taking product to market in previous ventures, is looking for a lead developer for a new project - a simplified Flash Editor application.

We are developing a cloud based application that allows non-flash specialists to create professional "look and feel" animated presentations using our "simplified Flash Editor".

The skill set required is:

Experienced Flash Programmer - Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion
Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies
Experienced Adobe Flash SDK developer
Cloud experience
Flash Remoting and Communication Server experience a plus.
Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash
Expert knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash.
Experience with HTML/Javascript/XML
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with designers
