J2ME Application for controling sound input/outputs

I need to develop a J2ME application that runs on a mobile phone and can enable/disable various sound inputs/outputs (e.g.- phone call, earphone, microphone, headset, etc.). The application must run all the time and should be able to control the sound inputs/outputs during the usage of the phone.
