Senior Python/Java developer for Automation lead position

A very promissing startup is looking for a senior python/java develper to lead the automation group of the product
The position is 100% hands on
the position includes daily activity managemt, interactoin with Dev, Test , IT ,PM, working on the high level architecture of the product, and implementation , professionaly guiding new engineers
reporting to R&D Director

requirements:

at least 5 years development in java/python (prefered both)
understnading in storage protocols and product - strong advantage
degree in computers- strong advantage
experience in establishing automatoin teams from scratch - strong advantage
