a log4j appender that extends RollingFileAppender

A log4j appender that is identical to RollingFileAppender, except that when rolling (switching between the files), it should send the file to a REST-based web service.
Details:
1. Before the main log file is moved to a backup copy (.1), the contents should be sent.
2. The contents of the file are sent, using a POST request, to a REST web service that is implemented in the cloud.
