Flash Banner Overlay

We need someone to develop a banner-'player' that displays a banner-ad overlayed on top of a playing video. The video-player code already exists. We need the banner-player to be developed.

There is code involved (support for multiple banners and XML parsing), and also graphic work (simple animations).

The module will be delivered in both AC2 & AC3.
