I will design it myself

I am looking for a programmer to build it for me.

Main things:
* The site should be user based so people would have to create a profile.
* I want to use facebook connect / linkdin connect / google connect to
register and log in.
* I would like to have a facebook app that can post in the name of the
users who logged in via facebook

* I will also need a CRM to:
- manage the content and add more inner pages / new jobs
- delete subscribers
- have all the details of all the users
- have the ability to change banners myself (in permanent locations & sizes)
- have the ability to change popups / pop unders
- have the ability to implement tracking pixels

* API to a mailing service

***** I did not finish the whole plan for the site but I think you have a good idea for what i need
