Multiplayer Trivial Pursuit

These are my needs:
a trivia game for 8 players over intranet lan.
there will be a server with a database containing all the questions. on the server there should be a control panel able to control the time limit for each question, the reward for each question, the next question asked and the number of questions in total.

each players has his own console with the question and the answers along with his current cash.

the control panel will always keep track of all the players' funds.

The game can be written in any of the mentioned languages and may use any free database system or access
