FB wizzard for help and hands on guidance on a few things

i'm looking for a FB wizzard for help and hands on guidance on a few things:

1) trying to set up a FB ad for Mobile App Install, whenever i try to load an image (75X75 and 1200X627 as they require) i get this in the ad preview: icon_image_url URL is not properly formatted

2) i had an ad agency run a campaign on their systems, and the FB insights show me ALL installs and app runs, not just FB generated, which is useless. need to understand how to see only relevant info in the app insights.
