דרוש פרילנסר מומחה לFFMPEG and Android

We need an expert who worjed with FFMPEG.
Preferably one who compiled FFMPEG to an android app (but we can do this aswell).
The project will need to play streams of audio, cache them and be able to play them from a local file.
We already have the code for playing. We need some support withthe caching and opening of files from local URI.
