Looking for an experienced freelancer for connecting a medical device to Phillips open interface

This is a quick project, to interface a small medical device with a simple protocol to a Phillips healthcare open protocol (for intellibridge / vuelink).

Part of the project will be producing all the documentation required for submission to Phillips for compliance acceptance.

The device code must be tested against a live phillips product to determine that it works correctly. This equipment cannot be provided by us, if you do not have this, you will need to figure rental etc. of the equipment into the quote as you require.

a small hardware board with a Ti MSP430 series processor will be provided for development and testing.
