Customer Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist

Full‑time contract, five to six months (August 2025 – January 2026) with possible hand‑off extension before and after.

The product is the smart collar that continuously captures a dog’s vital signs, activity, posture, and location. We turn that robust data into near real‑time analytics, insights, and alerts that help pet parents and vets keep pets healthier for longer. Our voice blends scientific credibility with genuine care for animals.

What You Will Do?
Email Marketing (Zoho): Build, test, and send newsletters, lifecycle automations, and announcements in Zoho Campaigns/CRM; segment audiences, run A/B tests, and report results.
Social Media (Meta & TikTok): Plan and schedule content in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center; reply promptly to comments and DMs, escalating support issues when needed.
Affiliates & Influencers: Recruit and manage pet influencers and affiliate partners; supply creatives and coupon codes via Trackdesk; track conversions and compile ROI summaries.
Copywriting & Content: Write engaging copy for blog posts, landing pages, ads, trade‑show collateral, and PR pitches; Own the content calendar, drop final articles into the CMS, set SEO slug / meta, and schedule publication.

Design & Canva Production: Create and adapt social graphics, email headers, and simple ad creatives in Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the frontline PetPace voice on social channels, ensuring every interaction is helpful, empathetic, and on‑brand.

What You Bring?
3+ years in digital marketing, social media, or customer communications.
Native‑level English; Hebrew a strong plus.
Hands‑on mastery of Zoho Campaigns/CRM, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Business Center.
Canva proficiency is required—able to produce polished assets without a designer on standby.
Proven success engaging customers on public channels with empathy and speed.
Data‑literate and comfortable turning metrics into optimisation tests.
Organised, self‑directed, and reliable in a remote setting with stable internet.
Bonus skills: pet‑industry familiarity, Figma, or Zapier automations.
