Need a freelancer for Sales Enablement with Global Enterprise B2B Fintech experience only
For one of our portfolio companies, a global fintech B2B platform, we are looking for a top notch Sales Executive to develop and lead the company global sales team training, analytics, and operational strategies and practices. The main purpose is to ensure that the company global sales teams possess the knowledge, processes, best practices, and skills, required for success.
We are looking for individual with proven record of transformation and shaping of fintech B2B global sales teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC) to a world-class global operation focused on achieving sales targets and business goals.
Location: Israel only.
Employment mode: full time or long term contractor
Reporting to: company CRO
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading high-performing global sales enablement or growth enablement teams in a high-growth B2B fintech organization.
- 7+ years of leadership experience designing and implementing successful Sales Enablement initiatives within a fintech-focused environment.
- Deep understanding and experience in implementing various sales methodologies, relationship building techniques, as well as sales funnel and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset.
- Previous experience working with sales enablement and CRM tools to support global teams, preferably Salesforce.com CRM.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced business environment, adept at cutting through complexity.
