Bug fix

Hi, was wondering if you could help:
the error people get when trying to buy a product on woocommerce on my site is that the system doesn't have a payment method available to suporrt the country location where they try to buy from.

But I know they are trying from Israel and that is the right country I sell to.
When they switch from wifi to mobile connection on the phone, it works.

I think it's an ip recognition issue.
Do you think you may be able to help me with this?
