Build an existing website in Wordpress

The job is to build the following website in WordPress:
https://www.caster.fm/
You only need to build the brand pages, about 10 pages.

To be specific:
You should NOT create a custom theme, you will need to use Hello Elementor theme to build the layout as its at the original website.

Modularity: even the layout elements such as the header and footer should be built in a dynamic matter so i will be able to change those at any time with the built-in wordpress or theme mechanism (widgets etc..)

You should use Elementor to build the site.

You should NOT use any of the existing html / css / images.

You need to build a site that looks exactly the same with the theme and elementor.

Responsiveness is important

Cross Browser is important (IE11, Edge, Chrome, Safari, IOS and Android Browsers)

SEO Considerations are important (page structure, title structure, meta tags)

Performance is important - optimized site, pages load-time etc.

I use StackPath CDN, so assets should be hosted there (there is a stackpath cdn plugin for wordpress i think)

There are two forms which currently use PHP backend:

https://www.caster.fm/mobile-shoutcast-player.php
At the backend all those forms are doing is to validate the given data and construct a URL and display the embed code for this URL.
I will provide the backend PHP file for those two forms and you will need to convert this functionality to vanilla JS.

I will provide Wordpress environment with licensed Elementor and generatePress (or any major theme you will want to use).
