Enhancements to a new web site (Joomla + VirtueMart)

Our web site, which is till under construction, needs few enhancements.
The site is a combination of content and shopping site (with very few special products)
It is based on
Joomla! 1.5.9 Production/Stable [ Vatani [eCommerce Bundle] ] 9-January-2009
and
VirtueMart 1.1.2

The modifications are as follows:
1- Add TABS to the product detail page in VirtuMart (such that we can have few tabs for each product- one for description, one for technical data, etc)
2- Add SSL to the shopping and possibly to the whole site (since the data is sensitive)
3- Apply about 50 small design changes (for example: replace images, change colors, and possibly replace the template)
4- Currently, the site is hooked to PayPal. We need to test this + hook the site to more gateways such as Google Checkout.
5- Hook the site to USPS shipping gateway.
6- Apply up to 10 small code changes such as: supporting bundles, automatic email responses, and few more as the need arises.
7- Hook the site to Google Analytics.
8- Make sure the site is SEO ready (all URLs are "beautified" and the titles are configured correctly)
9- Document all the work above such that we can easily take over and continue the day to day maintenance by ourselves.
10- Evaluate the and possibly upgrade the site to the latest Joomla + VirtueMart versions (please price this option separately)

You will get all the info neccessary to hook to the site's Joomla+VirtueMart admin, the hosting, FTP, and the cloud where the server resides at.
