Need a freelancer for Content creation and Management in Russian

Hello
We are looking for a part time content manager to create, translate and edit a content of a web crowdfunding platform connecting Russia based investors and Israeli stratups looking for investments.
The will be in Russian
Job Description
1. Assisting in setting up a webstie in terms of the initial content
2. Translating and editing executive summery one pager for each startup running campaign in website (no more then 10 startups in one time). One pagers in Hebrew or in English will be provided for each startup.
In general we are talking 20-30 monthly hours

Job requirements:
1. Native Russian witting skills - must
2. Hebrew or English - must
3. Understanding of venture capital/startups industry - big advantage
4. at least 3 years of high tech related content management and creation in Russian - must
5. Webmaster skills - big advantage
6. Creativity, cab do attitude and great interpersonal skills - must
