Looking for a freelancer for a simple correcting settings of web.config

We would link to get consultant that is expert in the difference of settings in IIS and web.config so in 1 IIS there might be sites that work in different .net versions (include 2.0). The 1st task to solve is to set so site built on .net 2.0 will work on IIS set default to 4.0 by settings in web.config
