Need a Hands On RD Manager/CTO (Node.JS and LAMP)

For one of our ventures developing high performing solutions for online publishers and advertisers globally we are looking for top notch WEB hands on RD Manager/CTO to oversee our tech activities including hands on development of our systems and managing a small offshore development team (currently one remote developer and about to grow to 2-3).
- At least 5 years of experience in developing large scale WEB solutions using NodeJs tech stack
- Previous tech lead experience - must
- Experience in AdTech - a big advantage
- Experience in remote developers management - a big plus
- Can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills - must

We offer 40-45K + VAT per month (for the full time position) to the great candidates or equal salary in case of direct employment
Location: Bnei Brak Industrial Zone. At least 4 days a week on site
Tech Team Size - 2. Company size: 30+ people
Reporting to: CEO
