so I will try alone first, since I have a lot experience with PHP, ...and if required proceed give the problem to you...

I want to do two forms processors(Add Photo Record, Update Photo Record)
which they will consider uploading/(deleting&uploading_ask if replace) same time two images(350x200 and 115x75) to WebServer and add/change records to Mysql...in my site.

I want detect if, file(image) to upload on change record(Photo for sale), exist in the folder(each Photo category other folder) or is the same as in old record go to update/change prior make the update?

tell me price($usd) - just two form processors php...
