Face Quantification

I am looking to build a barebone matlab based tool that either takes a snapshot using the computer webcam or a stored photo as input. For the time being let's assume there is only one subject in the picture. Then,
- Automatically isolates their facial skin region. I don't want this to be done by color matching but by identifying the facial components in a more sophisticate manner like semantic segmentation and then removing eyes, mouth, hair as well as background.
- On the skin region identified after the previous step perform acne identification (might be with color), skin discoloration, wrinkle detection (I suppose using gabor filter) and texture analysis (am open to the measure).
