The Fire Fighter systems establishes a wireless connection between a squad and a C&C center in a fire scene for the purpose of event control and fire fighter monitoring. The system is used to (1) Control the event; (2) exchange info between both ends; (3) Measure and report stress levels of the fire fighter; (4) Measure and report environmental conditions; (5) Log the event for post event investigation
The system is composed of base station mobile endpoint. Mobile endpoint is a wearable battery-powered device for a firefighter device that is capable of measuring his health parameters, motion data, environment conditions, user input and send them to the base station for analysis. Base station is connected to PC/Laptop. It collects the data from all the active endpoints and provides access to it for a PC software. PC software can visualize and analyze this data in order to provide field situation, warnings. In addition the data can be stored in the cloud for real-time or deferred analysis. Both devices can have HMI (human-machine interaction) components like buttons or LEDs to interact with the user.
