Programmer to finish Migrating DB from Access 2003 to Access 2013

A working DB of rare books for sale in Hebrew which manages: customers, sellers, stock and orders and was written for XP computer and Office 2003 is now running on a new computer with WIN 10 and Office 2016. However the migration was not 100% and there are several bugs that need repair and functions that aren"t working. I need an experienced MS Access programmer, Hebrew + English speaker who can finish the job
