Freelancer needed for an animation video

I need an animation video (character based) for a private event - company meeting that shows 9 best yearly employees
should be like a nice story telling of a flow and how all of them are involved in it.
I need it fast (within 9 days) , I have very low budget (as this video is going to be used only once in an event..) and the 9 characters should be based on real references images
