Magento 2 CE + Porto Theme Customization and Support

I am building a Magento store with CE 2.0 and the Porto theme and need the following:

- Upgrade of Magento from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3
- Upgrade of Porto theme from 2.4.2 to 2.4.4
- Installation of Yotpo https://support.yotpo.com/en/article/magento-2-installing-yotpo
- Installation of facebook tracking pixel
- Installation of Google conversion tracking
- Installation of Olark https://www.olark.com/help/magento-manual
- Fix some css/layout issues (logos, colors, patterns etc)
- Setup crons as necessary and undertake preliminary optimization.

Once the above items are done, there will be a need for ongoing monthly support as the site goes live.
