Collaboration and Coordination. At least 3 years of experience in technical management
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Solid technical background
RF /Radar knowledge - an advantage
Technical operational experience
Strong customer orientation
Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while working with various internal functions.
Ability to travel abroad.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
