I played a crucial part in bringing to fruition the entrepreneurs' technological vision: a unique smart-contract decentralized platform, which involved a distinctive method for calculating the smart-contracts’ execution cost utilizing formal verification. This entailed the development, from the ground up (using .NET Mono for cross-platform, and F#), of a layer-1 proof-of-work (PoW) consensus based UTXO model blockchain, incorporated with support for formally verified smart contracts, using domain-specific language and SDK on top of the Microsoft F* language and facilities. Emphasizing high coding standards and stability was paramount, given the project's open-source nature and the substantial amount of funds secured on-chain. My tenure with Zen marked a noteworthy period, fostering profound knowledge in blockchain technology, functional programming, formal verification principles and cryptography.
