Shai and his team were able to deliver a product that went above and beyond my expectations. The end result was an enterprise level application but Shai was able to get it done in a way that made it accessible to a small business owner like myself. If it wasn't for Shai and his ingenuity, my application would still be an idea instead of an actual, usable product.
Having outsourced projects before, this was the first time that I was able to say "I want X done" and X is exactly what was delivered without having to go back and forth and break things down into bite sized pieces.
Many times I also found myself with a better result than I had envisioned because Shai would come up with a creative solution more suited to the problem. From my experience this is rare, especially coming from a non tech background. Shai is able to take a "layman" description of a feature, understand it and pass it along to his team in a way that they end up delivering the exact result which allowed for a lot of peace of mind during the coding process.
In addition, Shai is extremely professional and client focused. Despite working in different time zones I don't think I've ever waited for a response for more than a few hours which made solving issues, fixing bugs and execution very quick.
I would definitely hire Shai and his team again and hope to have him continue to manage my app as well as add additional features as it gains traction.
