• פיתוח תוכנית הסמכה והדרכה (3 מסלולים שונים) שכללו לימוד התכנים הקיימים בחברה ופיתוח תכנים חדשים, הדרכת תכנים קיימים וחדשים, לימוד וחקר מבנה ותרבות הארגון לעומקו( אורך הפרוייקט 6 חודשים).
פרוייקט "מאיר" חברה למכוניות ומשאיות:
• פיתוח תוכניות הדרכה, שכלל לימוד צרכי הארגון שלא כלל עד כה הדרכות IT
