Current operating system: Android 4.2 Jellybean not rooted

Which driver I need: UVC

Why? In order for the tablet to communicate with the external camera

Additional notes: If we were to root the tablet than it would be possible, but we cannot root it because of reason which will affect us in the long term. What we may need to do is build a driver from scratch. I will keep you posted if I could arrange us the 4.4 update.
