We need an application for a website that transliterate Hebrew and Aramaic to English. This in order to help the visitor to read the Hebrew or Aramaic text on the website.
Mostly for Bible and Zohar text but also any hebrew text.
One style transliteration of Hebrew with proper Dikduk. (No Ashkenazi, Sefaradi or Yiddish)

The application should be able to receive a Hebrew and Aramaic text and output in several formats;
1. simple transliterated text.
2. Word by word transliteration. for example שלום shalom על al ישראל yisrael.
3. same as the above in HTML code where hebrew and transliterated text get different CSS class to allow change of font style, size and colors.
4. HTML table output to show Hebrew word on top and its transliteration below it. Should work smoothly for complete paragraphs.

Also use Ajax/jQuery functions to 'popup' a transliteration for a higlighted word or text on a web page.
It shoud be install on linux server with PHP and MySQL
