Project will be divided into three stages:
1. Make an initial study of the first website:
Theme, Platform it uses and Functionality.
2. Present a full website wireframe and present the functionality of pages - front and back end.
3. Develop a new website while you emulate the old website, so the new website will look and operates similar to old website!

Remarks:
a. Propose a time frame to finish each stage.
b. Project cannot be done separately, the company must undertake all 3 stages.
c. Company must be experienced with full stack development.
