Freelance Java Programmer Needed for a Few Months Work

An experienced Java programmer is needed to develop a proxy for a communication protocol.
Expected length of work is 1-3 months.
Work will be done inside Pointer's office in Ramat Yishay (see pointer.co.il).
Desired - Security clearance (at least 6 = "Shamur").
Desired - Previous experience in communications protocols.
