Need a freelancer for the development of an Android App

I have an iOS app and i would like to also have an Android app.
I'm looking for someone to develop the Android app natively. The app uses Firebase as the backend. It requires regular log in / sign up and Facebook log in and connection with the existing Database in Firebase. Not a difficult project. Designs are available.
We have a tight dead line. Please only consider this if you are an experienced Android developer with apps in Play store.
