an experienced developer using wordpress to develop an original site

The site has been designed and the home page and typical internal page are ready in HTML/CSS format. The developer must take those files convert them to wordpress and add some pulldown menus in java that will pulldown over an existing flash animation- and if you dont know about that problem, then you are not experienced enough). The menu designs are completed as well.

there will be a ticker to add in java script that has text and a second one for images, a search window and a section of 4 tabs

In addition there will be 3 more additional pages that are based on the internal page that has been designed.
