שמי נגה ואני מתמחה באפיון חווית משתמש; ההתמקדות שלי בתכנון אפליקציות, אתרים או כל מערכת שהיא תוך כדיי התמקדות במשתמש המיועד. התכנון נעשה בהתאמה לאופני החשיבה, הפעולה, השגיאות והתוצאות אליהם עתיד המשתמש להגיע. הרקע שלי הוא תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה קוגניטיבית וקורס הממוקד בחווית המשתמש במערכות אינטראקטיביות. העבודות שלי עד כה התמקדו במתן ייעוץ לסטרט אפים בשלב בו קיים קונספט לגבי המוצר הרצוי. אני מאמינה שהתחרות כיום אינה על הטכנולוגיה החדישה ביותר אלא דווקא על זו הבנויה בצורה נכונה למשתמש, הבונה הרגלי שימוש ומשמרת אותו כך שיחזור לשימוש במוצר.
